The agreement between you and Limitless Vital for use of the platform and membership.

What you are agreeing to
By using the Limitless Vital platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Limitless Vital membership.
What membership includes
Access to the Limitless Vital platform, personalized plan, dashboard, educational content, coaching, and community features associated with your tier.
Membership does not include medical services, medication, laboratory testing costs, or any clinical outcome. Clinical services and medication costs may vary depending on eligibility, provider recommendations, state availability, and program.
Independent providers
Any clinical relationship is between you and an independent licensed healthcare professional accessed through our telehealth partner, governed by that partner's own terms. Limitless Vital is not a party to that relationship and does not direct clinical judgment.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the platform only for its intended purpose. Do not rely on the platform for urgent or emergency medical needs.
Billing and cancellation
Membership billing terms, renewal, and cancellation rights will be presented at checkout and are incorporated into these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided without warranty of any specific health outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limitless Vital's liability is limited as described in the full agreement.
