The clinical intake, evaluation, and any prescribing happen with our independent telehealth partner, under their own terms and privacy policy.

A licensed provider evaluates you
They review your history, may order or request labs, and decide independently whether any treatment is appropriate for you.

Nothing is guaranteed
A provider may determine that clinical care is not appropriate, or may recommend an approach you did not expect. That decision is theirs alone.

Nutrition, training, recovery, coaching, and tracking are part of your membership regardless of the clinical outcome.

- Is Limitless Vital a medical practice?
- No. Limitless Vital is a health optimization and membership platform. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical advice. Medical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals through our telehealth partners.
- Does membership include medication?
- No. Membership provides access to the platform, education, coaching, tracking, and support. Whether any medication is appropriate is decided solely by an independent licensed provider, and anything prescribed is dispensed and shipped by a licensed pharmacy — billed separately from membership. Limitless Vital never prescribes, dispenses, or ships medication.
- Do I have to see a provider to be a member?
- No. Many members use Limitless Vital purely for nutrition, training, recovery, coaching, and tracking. Clinical care is an option, not a requirement.
- Who decides whether I am eligible for clinical care?
- An independent licensed provider, after their own evaluation. Nothing in our assessment, dashboard, or Vital Score determines clinical eligibility.
- What is the Vital Score?
- A member engagement and progress-tracking feature that summarizes five areas of your program. It is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace clinical evaluation.
- Is my information private?
- Privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Information you share with an independent provider through our telehealth partner is governed by that partner's own terms and privacy practices.
